    If you're struggling to stay alive, Vampire's Kiss is a highly underrated set. Once you hit level 50, I recommend grabbing Vengeance of the Leech for sustain. Maybe grab it early before prices skyrocket, if they haven't already.

    No need, get a set as soon as you can, all my gear is lvl 1 and I'm now lvl 24, only need to repair no need to have 5 sets per 10 lvls

    NMG is second BiS by a margin of 2-3% PvE DPS from the gear you'll be going after endgame plus its easily craftable. That is your best bet for a 5pc; go with NMG over hundings.
