Infinite falling, but not dying

Last week I entered Burroot Kwama Mine but after casting a spell I was placed out of the map and now I am infinite falling without dying. I can't port to wayshirine, not to friends or guildmates, cant enter PVP'. using the get me unstuck option dus not work either. Sometimes I get to a loadingscreen, but it always ends up in being kicked form the server because of spamming. I submitted a ticket (170804 000770) about this bug last week, but unfortunately still did get no response.

I don't know what the response time to tickets is these days, but can you please take a look into this bug ?
