Your guild sounds nice, and in principle I would be interested in joining. I have some questions (the web page is a little sparse):

• What time do you usually run your events? How is participation?
• What do you use for communication? Discord?
• Do you have a way to get small groups together for daily pledges etc, arena etc?

Sorry was on auto pilot with the invites lol.

We do various events. PvP on Mondays and Wednesdays (IC/sewers Monday, Cyrodiil Wednesday) 19:00 to 21:00 GMT, Tuesday we do a map run 17:15 to 19:15 GMT, and trials currently on a Friday (19:00 GMT to finish) and Sunday (18:00 GMT to finish).
PvP events are on a 3 week rotation through the 3 alliances so everyone can take part and we also do Cyrodiil map runs on weekend afternoons in the rotation, 3 weekends on 3 off. As well as other events now and again, Craglorn WB runs, duelling events etc.

We use Discord for communication and have various channels for help and advice etc as well as various voice channels.

We have a LFG channel in Discord as well as plenty of guildies asking for pledges etc in in game chat. We also have recently added a "Dungeon School" channel where people can ask for a slow and tutored run of specific dungeons. It's been quite popular so far

The times for the runs are very early, unfortunately ... with job and kids, anything before 20:00 GMT is usually impossible.
