Strange Captures and possible inappropriate material

Not sure if this is the right place to ask about or point this out, but earlier tonight I went to check out other players captures in the game hub on my Xbox, as well as the usual cool pics and clips, I also saw a whole bunch of anime pics and clips that have nothing to do with ESO. Some of the clips seemed to be old tv adverts. Now I've nothing against the images or clips, I don't find them offensive, but nor do I expect to find them in the game hub of ESO. Its the kind of thing you'd find on Facebook or YouTube and that really is where they should be.
@ZOS_GinaBruno or whoever this may concern, all the pics and clips seemed to be posted by the same account, I won't put their gamertag in this post unless you ask me for it.
Anyone else encountered this, do you find it strange/odd/offensive or maybe it doesn't bother you?
This has me thinking, does anyone know if the parental controls of the Xbox would stop inappropriate material appearing in the captures section of the ESO game hub? (or any other game hub)
If such unrelated (to ESO) pics and clips as I've mentioned above can be posted to the ESO captures feed, I wonder if more inappropriate/offensive material could also find its way there.
@ZOS_GinaBruno Are there any safeguards in place at ESO's end? Is this something you and us, the community, need to worry about?
