Bug - Winterborn 5 piece bonus is not increased by chempion points / passive skills

Hi!
I just tested this set and i dont see any dmg increase on the 5 piece proc from any source that should increase that dmg (chempion passives, warden class pasive +6% cold dmg etc)

Hey @Blackmoon777. I increased the "apprentice" trees star "elemental expert" by one percent and it did change the tooltip and increased the dmg when tested.

Edit: just for your information, if you change the cp by from 0% to 0.99% it will not give you an increase, but if you do change it from 0% to 1% it will. The champion constelations have jump points and you have to increase by a round full number like 1,2,3,4 etc.

yes I see an increase in tooltip
