WHAT CAUSES INFINITE LOADING SCREENS?

✭I'm with Prootch on this one.
When porting to / from a keep while in a group(size doesn't rly matter) I experience infinite ones as well. Same goes for the rest of the group.
I did the troubleshooting and had this while on a cabled, stable fiber-connection. So highly doubt it's my connection.
anyway. Always nice to fight inside a keep - just to have a loading screen in the middle of it, because the Postern got repaired

Sru✭✭✭Infinite loading - first time : EU PC- Checked all firewall / AV
- Repaired twice
- Renamed addons folder
- Deleted cache
Get past login fine, loading any character in multiple zones gives a loading screen that eventually just freezes. Spinning icon bottom right stops.
All fine the previous night.
In task manager, ESO64 is using 12% of the CPU but memory usage has not changed so it is definitely hung somewhere.

^This! Being solo I have really short loading screens in PvP. But porting in/from keeps while in grp puts me on some days (not every day) to infinite loading screens (lasting up to 4 minutes).Always nice to fight inside a keep - just to have a loading screen in the middle of it, because the Postern got repaired
Yep. Nice to wait 4 minutes to port to a forward camp after dieing in a keep while it got the 'repair animation'. Even nicer to realize you are not alone there and are greeted with the next death screen...
