I'm having this issue right now I can see that my friends are playing, I was playing earlier, but when I try to sign in now it is saying "An unexpected internal error has occurred. Please contact customer service at help.elderscrolls.com"
@CF_Smith How long has this error been occurring when you try logging in?
You should try testing your network connection to start with. To do this:
Open the Xbox One Dashboard.
Press the [Menu] button and browse to Settings.
Select Network.
On the Network Settings screen, select Test network connection on the right-hand side of the screen. Also try Test multiplayer connection.
The console should inform you of any issues with your connection that could be causing you to disconnect.
