Getting Vigor

Can someone tell me what campaign I should join so that I can get at the earliest Vigor ?

I am not that interested in PVP but if sloughing through some PVP is what that is needed to get Vigor then so be it.

So come on mates tell me some tips that help me to get Vigor at the earliest (solo tips only)

Just join the most populated one and type "lfg in chat. Pick all bounty quests ("kill 20 sorcerers etc), and kill any delve boss before you start (that gives you +20% extra ap for an hour). Buy some siege and wall/door repair kits, repairs give some ap.

Edit: its much harder to get ap solo if youre not a pvper. Joining a group will give you a stable flow of ap and there are less chances to get killed (and even if you get killed, your teammates might rez you+youre still getting ap even while youre dead).

30 day CP Campaign, type LFG, follow the zerg, repair everything, kill/solo where you can, do all the quests.

Get AP buff from a dungeon if you can.

Ooooh, a delve boss kill is +20% AP/hour?

I shall have to remember this.

Pardon my noobiness but a "30 day CP" means I get the rewards I.e points only after the campaign is ended 30 days from joining ?

In WoW Battles last for like 10-20 mins only and I get the points at the end of every battle.

    Is it different in ESO?

No. '30 day' is the length of the campaign, and 'CP' means CP is enabled.

If all you want is Vigor, it doesn't matter. Pick one, join the zerg, and go with the flow!

Just have fun. PVP can be frustrating at times, if it isn't your thing, but it can be a lot of fun.

Well there are campaign leaderboards, and if you earn enough ap by the end of your home campaign, youll get a mail with rewards.
Also, you'll get a reward mail for every 20k ap you've earned, its called "rewards for the worthy".
Those are just additional rewards, though. You'll get your ap and skill line progress immediately, you wont have to wait to unlock vigor or something.

Any one with fighting going on, really.

The Alliance rank you need to achieve to unlock Vigor is probably easier to get than it should be, to be honest.

Take some resources, venture into IC, assist a group just about anywhere, in the campaign of your choosing.
Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

Well its an important pve skill after all, so 88k ap is quite reasonable imo.

When you take/defend a keep stick around until you get the offensive/defensive AP tick. It happens after the keep is no longer under siege and there hasnt been a kill around the keep for 1 minute. Some people race towards the resources and miss the AP.

Last night to get Caltrops on my Stamnb what I did was spamming Lethal arrow/poison Injection with my Marksman/Hawk's eye build which is very strong in non-cp, following EP zergs all the time, not even in a group.

Took me about 2 hours of attacking/defending keeps and there I got it. As long you play it won't take long really.

To help with that you can repair walls/kill delve boss/take resources all the time and it will be even faster.

Remember, caltrops is just 1 level higher then vigor. Might as well stay around for that also. On any given weekend in a populated campaign, 4 -6 hours of surfing with the zerg will get you needed AP for vigor and caltrops. Just join a pug group, defend or take some keeps and resources and you'll be good to go.

You get ap for every player killed, keep, resource and outpost taken. Plus the daily quests for killing players and repeatable quests for taking certain keeps and resources and scouting resources, capturing a scroll etc.
