Players becoming "ghosts" in guild roster

Im just trying to figure out what this means, I've had this happen to me with 4 guild members since I've played and I never see them online. They are just constantly listed as last offline 1 minute go all the time and all their information is missing and I wanna know why this happens and if it is a bug.

I was once told this happens when a person deletes all their characters but I'm not too sure.

I have a problem, some kind of this, with a mass-mailer addon. If I write a mass-mail to my guildmembers, it is always being sent to a former member kicked or left months ago, and one of our members doesn't get the mail (all the other members get it). How is this possible?

@Ryluk exactly the same has happened in our roster.

@MissBizz I think looked into this in another thread once? I could be wrong in which case I summoned her without cause will will get that evil look.
