LF Magicka Templar Build PVP

Hey everyone, was wondering if some people could recommend some pvp builds for non cp/battlegrounds. I was looking for something a little tanky, i have a sorc for max dps. So something that can take a hit while at the same time be able to deliver damage too. Looking at a lot of the builds online people are running so many sets, and I dont want to have to farm 5 sets to try them all out. I was thinking a dual wield and 1H + Shield setup. DW for offense and a defensive bar on 1H and shield. What sets and build do you recommend? I'm thinking I want to run 5 piece kagarac's hope and maybe war maiden jewelry+ weps. Will this set up work? What works best for you?

Yes, it will do. Go with valkyns Skoria for damage support. Healingstaff backbar.

Go with:

vampires bane, puncturing sweep, toppling charge, degeneration, purifying light; drawbreaker/soulassoult
honor the dead, radiant aura/blazing spear, rapid regen, restoring focus, extended ritual/ritual of retribution(i prefer the damageversion); lights champion

Thanks, appreciate the reply. Don't know if I want to run the healing staff though, I'm thinking 1H and Shield for the damage mitigation. I was running deltia's warden healing build but the heals seems to be crappy in battlegrounds and non cp fights. Not to mention not able to even put a dent in someone's health bar.

So looking for a balanced build between tank-ness and damage.
With that said I would want 1 defensive gear set and 1 offensive one, I think?

Saw lots of videos with different setups but dont know which is best for myself. Lots of people say it depends on play style.

What setups do other magplars play that they enjoy?

Also was considering black rose and maybe wizard's riposte set. Not really sure how great that would do tho

For myself i us a light armor build, what nearly nobody plays... but you wanted something for tanky. If you go more tanky then that, you dont deal much damage and will not able to kill much people. Isnt very funny to fight then, but maybe you stay some time longer against the damage you get. Dead enemys dont deal damage, thats important here in ESO...
