How long must we wait for such an obviously needed quality of life issue? It has been asked for over and over and over.

Zone chat is such garbage you wind up just turning off the chat box and blow off guild chat entirely.

We've waited long enough for this to be moved to the front burner. Truly.

You don't have it, that must be annoying, an issue in some settings too.
On PC I have 3 tabs, all, guild and group and just group.
Think that should cover the basic and would be easy to implement.

Barrens chat was bad. But add in the politics of the day and you get what we have now.

And you can't filter it out. Making keeping up with guildchat silly.

Please. Fix.

Yes and it should be simple to add three options, all, not zone, not zone or guild, it that I uses, and last only if its lot of talk in guild chat and need to follow group.

It's particularly gruesome come weekends.
It was the highlight of the chat feed today already....little dweebs spamming hate filled nonsense.
The only thing I could think of to say was, Yep...it's the weekend. Then logged out to handle some work around the house.
Though it will undoubtedly be there when I log back on after an hour or two.

just 1 on the huge list of improvements to social interface on console that are needed.

Even more of a priority in my book is being able to scroll thru text on the hud. so pitiful i have to open the menus to be able to scroll thru text, smh.

the text system for eso on console is so friggin alpha...DCUO since the ps3 days has had an amazing chat interface for both text and voice. you could customize chat tabs to your hearts content along side voice chat channels in the same adjustable size Hud UI.

all i can say is typical zos. it takes them 2 years to do anything and then they do it half ass-- see BGs...
