Character reverted to level 1

So, yesterday (6th of August), in the morning, while crafting a blacksmithing daily with my main char the game crashed to dashboard.
I followed the usual procedure, waited a few minutes and logged back in. The following events happened:
- I was greeted by a tutorial message regarding Mounts
- a message appeared saying that the character had discovered Belkarth Wayshrine (I was at Belkarth's smithy)
- my character's nightblade skills all reverted to level 1 (I didn't see or check any other skills)
As you may have guessed this frightened the hell out of me.
I opted for rebooting the console right there. After the reboot, logged in back again and everything was back to normal, thankfully and I spent the day playing normally.
If you would like to check logs or something, character's name is K'Tar.
