Site can't be reached forums.elderscrollsonline.com too too long to respond

I get this message now.

It's bad enough you can't log into the game but when you try and have a look on the forums it's a struggle to get on as well.

I just hope maint work on Monday will restore service.

Is there some way of logging a ticket that isn't one of ZoS's predefined templates?

Umm... I have no issues on my end... Once upon time I had issue logging into forum. At that point it is on your end for forum issue. Servers are trash most of the time. So far today it has been behaving.

It's most likely your own internet that's causing the problem.

Forums and game are two completely different and separate services. Forums are part of the Vanilla Forums. Vanilla is reporting no incidents today.

I agree this is likely to have been an ISP issue. I struggled to reach the site for a couple of minutes this afternoon but I couldn't access any other site or download emails either. My ISP was clearly having problems although my connection was showing as being on. After a couple of minutes everything was back to normal. Not every issue in the universe can be blamed on ZOS.
