So they will have it so you can share screen,
imagine spy sharing screen of where everyone is hiding.

All because ESO and video games most particularly MMORPG's are too lazy to have in-game voice chat.
2017 yet ESO, still cannot enable something that has been around for 15 years? Voice chat? Thats pathetic.

Would be dope if the forums had a shout box, aka a chat box somewhere to the side.

Yes it would, other game forums like Everquest, had this kind of feature and would tell you whose on the forums how many people on it and so on.

You gotta remember, this is ESO, they restrict your hosuing to instances, they restrict the amount of items you can have in your house, they restrict you from seeing this and that. They dont even give you a voice chat.

Yet this is one of the "NEWER" MMORPG's too.

With cars, when its a newer model, you normally get all the nice stuff with it.
With computers, when its a newer model, you normally get all the ncie stuff with it.
With video games, and its a newer model, you normally get.... RESTRICTIONS with it.

Look at old games compared to new.
Old games did not restrict you so much as these newer games do, hidden walls, cannot enter this, cannot do that, must do this, etc etc etc. So backwards if you ask me.

Heres a good example of an old game... Less restrictions, more room to be creative, compared to newer game, LOTS of restrictions, LITTLE room to be creative.

You really believe that ? I mean, REALLY ?
Sorry to disappoint you, but car manufacturers will NOT release anything new as part as "all the nice stuff that goes with a new car" if they can market it later on with "it's an amazing extra feature - for extra money".

It was a business decision to not embed voice chat on pc. Today, Most people are used to using their own voice chat system. Ts, mumble, ventrilo, discord, etc. zos was able to save money by not embedding a voice system.

You should probably be glad that they didn't. With their track record of server performance could you imagine what their backend voice servers would be like? Probably constant snap crackle and pop.

    Thats what makes games great.

When you watch a good gaming video, its not the game itself...
    Its #1 the people talking
    #2 the actual game
