What's the cooldown on shock enchant?

I know that Crushing enchant has like 10 second cooldown, but how long is the shock enchant one?
Gonna test Torug's/Infused now and after HotR when they remove the bug in the PTS that it procs every 0.8 seconds. Was supposed to proc like 1.4 seconds?

Reorx_Holybeard✭✭✭✭✭Note that the 0.8 sec/proc with Torug's is currently a bug and the devs have said it will be fixed in the next update (back to the correct 1.4 sec/proc).Reorx Holybeard -- NA/PC
