after playing this game about 1 month (yeah, newbie), and getting really pissed up by the qualitiy of some things and at most by loading screen errors, and analyzing network traffic ( to see if it is something in my complex network infrastructure ) i found one Zenimax Server that seems really *** up.
Every time my game client tries to communicate with this server, i have a great chance to freeze in a loading screen or getting a *** up character loading error.
This is not a new thing i found there, many users reported some issues with this server here, for example here

As Zenimax is not interested in fixing this issue, i have established a working solution for me: I just blocked all communication to that systems in my local firewall. No frozen loading screens, no issues with character loading since i have done this.
So, if you have the same issues, block all traffic to 159.100.232.160
I'm working in IT since 15 years as an administrator. I know how to provide a robust network infrastructure, a dynamic infrastructure, loadbalancing, all that stuff that must be done to provide such a huge service ( in means of provided servers, not as in "Customer Service" ) as Zenimax does. I don't know if the support does not know, they have to provide such informations to the infrastructure team, if there is no monitoring, or if they just don't care.
But if it was me, working at Zenimax, having such a problem with one server i would try to replace network cables, network card, RAM. In this order until one thing works.
Until someone at Zenimax fixes this systems, i suggest blocking traffic to it.
