What do you think if Zos add heroic mode for public dungeon. Reward will be costume or bet or some thing attractive. Will it make game more interesting with endgear player ?

I assume you mean Group Dungeons? Public Dungeons don't have "modes" as they've accessible by everyone at the same time regardless of player level and difficulty can't be changed. So I'll just assume you want Group Dungeons to have a third difficulty.

Group dungeons already come in 3 difficulties.

    Normal
    Veteran
    Veteran - Hard Mode

Although I admit, hard mode just means more HP for the final boss.

What Zenimax really needs to do is make it so that veteran hard-mode group dungeons have a small chance of dropping Legendary Jewellery on the final boss because for one, there are players out there who have a hard enough time trying to get gold set jewellery of a specific set like dreugh king slayer, ebon armoury or even morihaus(Just to name a few) or at least put something in the crafting aspect of the game that allows one to Improve jewellery at a blacksmith or enchanting table(or both even.)
If you see me anywhere. Know that I am sitting back with a bag of popcorn, watching as ESO burns the goodwill of its player base with practices that only disrespects the players time like it did to me and many others...

If a game does not respect your time, best thing to do is move on from it and find something else.

How would they do that? It's not instanced.

I'd love it if they converted hard mode to a proper difficulty that makes the entire dungeon more difficult.

Shouldn't be too hard... just have two versions, and people choose which one to go to at the door. Question is, would it be worth the effort? How would they make extra profit from this to justify the extra cost paying their code jockeys to program this, and the desired reward?

Personally I doubt the worth... after all, if you get bored soloing public dugeons, you go take a run at the craglorn dwelves...

You make them instanced, just like they did when they introduced I and II versions of Group Dungeons. Not especially difficult. They'd still be public, but on entry you choose to access I or II (or equivalent).

Having two doors would work, it would be two versions of the instance, problem is that with better loot it would be more relevant to farm and an group would make it easy anyway,
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Good idea, it shouldnt be too hard to make pve more challenging. There's another threat where someone asked for a veteran mode for overland content. This is touching on the same subject.

What many players dont realize is that all public content is already instanced. This is the reason why you sometimes cant see someone in your group, he's at the same location but in a different instance.

At some point ZOS should ask themselves for which players they are making content. Only for new players like what happened with Morrowind? Or for players who have been playing (and paying) for more than two years now? Its unfair that high level players get stripped of any kind of challenge during questing and completing public dungeons/delves/world bosses.

A veteran mode for all public content would also be a great way to reduce the endless grind for some items. More difficult content could have a higher chance of dropping gear with divines or impen trait for example.

Make it instanced. Choose a mode when you click the entry point. Sll players who choose the same mode zone in with you.

Makes no sense they are...public! Instancing would change the fundamentals..

How about just make everything harder by scaling recognizing your CP beyond 160. And CP cap everything is 10% harder again?

I don't do dungeons because they currently aren't "worth" it.
