Would you ever change the race to your main character?

My main is a Redguard and her story and motivations wouldn't make sense as anything else; her race is woven into her back story and name. I'm not a min-maxer in any game system, I see no reason to trash over three years of character development just for some numerical advantage.

While I do minmax, I would never change the race of my characters for such a thing. The game isn't just numbers for me. If NB was the most op best class in the game as magicka, I'd still be a stam khajiit. Same as my blood and fire mages being dark elves, I'd never switch them to breton/altmer even if those two races had 20% fire damage all of a sudden.

I build my characters in a way i won't break.

No, never. My main is an ancient Altmer vampire who has been with me since the original Morrowind. I've even managed to get him looking pretty much the same each time. My big Basil will never be changed.

no, I'm satisfied with khajiit in all TES games except Oblivion after Skyrim was released because they just look so bad compared to the khajiit in the games after it

No. I only play Khajiit, even if it' s the worse possible race for my role (like a mageblade tank). Others can min-max: I just care about playing a character I love.

My main's a Nord and will always be a Nord. I generally go for best or second best races for the rest of my characters but my main is never changing.

When I first got eso I didn't really know anything about the NB class or what stats would be important, I chose dark elf simply because I thought they looked cool. I later realised that dark elf wasn't really giving me anything useful (I'd chosen to go stamina build by this point) so when they added the race change tokens I changed to wood elf and never looked back.

No. One of the reasons I decided to get ESO in the first place is because TES IP (god it feels so wierd having the "the" part of the acronym ) has the khajiit as a playable race.

I'll keep playing as a khajiit until the day I quit ESO

On a sidenote: I hate people who call every khajiit main a furry. I'm so sick of everyone assuming that just because I'm on my 2 khajiit characters for 90% of the time and roleplay.

I would have gone Redguard if I didn't want to min-max. It sucks that dark skinned people can't do magic in Tamriel.

Nightblade tanks went rip last patch. Magicka dps is far easier to play at the moment.

Mind you the minute they fix siphoning strikes I'll change back to Imperial.

I wouldn't change the race, but I did change to another character which I enjoy more. Turned my old main into a crafter.

None of my Dunmer will *ever* be changed. Unless they somehow wind up as a Chimer again...?

I did change the race of my main, because I'd originally envisioned her as a Dark Elf dragonknight. I couldn't make an attractive Dunmer, so I went with Breton instead. She was a Breton for a long time, but then one day I figured out how to make an attractive Dunmer. I finally ended up race-changing her to fit my original vision.
She's pretty bad-ass now.

As far as I'm concerned as a Dunmer, there's only the Dunmeri race and others are just some waste of space in Tamriel, can't even classify them anything above that.
