Resolution Change
I have my game resolution set to 2715x1527 fullscreen, because I'm playing on a 40" screen. I've tried it on other resolution settings. Every time I log into the game, the game resets by Monitor display area setting from full pixel to normal. If its not set to full pixel, the game window is too large and things like the skill bar is off the screen.

Have you tried playing in Borderless Window mode?
Are you the administrator? Have you looked at the INI (not sure if it's INI or Prefs) after you leave the game to see if is set to some other value? Have you tried changing that value manually? If that works, try setting the file to Read Only, but just be aware that won't let you save any other settings that are in that file.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

I just solved the problem. If I run the game in fullscreen windowed mode it doesn't change my display area on my monitor. thanks for the reply0
