Anyone else having problems seeing forum avatar images?

I'm missing most of avatar-images on the forums. I can see my own and basic Ouroboros, but most avatars appear as missing images. This is my forum view

I've checked by browser settings to always allow images. It might be my virus software too. But weird thign is: when I try to open some missing avatar image to a new window, I get the error message saying us.v-cdn.net is sending false answer (ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR). But when I change the address of the image from https to http, I can view the image.
Anyone else having the same problem?
Does this sound like virus software/ firewall issue?
The problem occured before forum theme change. But now I start to miss avatar images, those broken image boxes are ugly.

✭I even cleared my browser's cache, but it didn't help. I have this issue only on my PC, but everything works correctly on my phone. I don't know how about OP, but I'm using Google Chrome. No blocks or proxies.Edited by Shardan4968 on August 2, 2017 12:52PMPC/EU0 -

I'm using Chrome too, but same (almost) problem with Firefox and IE. So not a browser problem. And I have no issues with images on other pages, as far as I recall.
@Shardan4968 or @NolaArch by any change, are you using F-Secure as your virus protection? I've had weird issues connected to that earlier.0 -
MarrazzMist✭✭✭✭It most likely is virus protection related. When I click my browsing protection off, next time I open the browser, I can see the images o_O0
