    I already found his topic:
"If you are experiencing an error stating "Failed to create vertex buffer: hr=887a0005" and are crashing or missing textures, please perform the following steps:

Open Control Panel, select Region, and then the Administrative tab.
Set "Language for non Unicode programs" to English (United States).
Press Apply and restart your computer."

One more thing you can try for this error is running a repair through the launcher. This can help if the issue is related to corrupted game files causing the textures to go missing.

    To repair the game client:
    1. Open the ESO Launcher
    2. Click Game Options
    3. Select Repair.

Also, make sure you are using the 64bit version. I had all sorts of crashing with the 32 bit version, switched to the 64bit and the crashed went down by 90%.
