Addon for lighting adjustments?

I have light sensitivity issues, which often leads to migraines. I've found that turning off bloom helps, but not enough. (and no bloom makes lighting look awful)

Is there an addon that allows adjustment of bloom and glow intensity? It would really help me not get headaches when playing. Turning down the brightness on my TV helps... but then everything else is dark/black. Just need to turn down the "glow" of Torches, Fires, Ghosts, pinpoint sources, lightning, etc.

Have you tried just lowering your graphics to medium? Also, have you tried turning off Particle Effects?

Also, long shot, but have you ever tried Polarized Glasses? You might have to try polarized sunglasses to see if there is any hope this will work.

Most of the graphics mods out there are more for adding eye candy than for toning it down.

Graphics quality is bout what textures are used, so the game looks like *** and is STILL too bright.
Particle effects - same. Looks like *** and is STILL too bright.
Yes I have worn sunglasses inside, in a darkened room to play a video game. That's so normal ya know.

So your answer is "I don't think so." Ok.

I think an addon for realistic nights can help you. Easy to adjust levels of dark and it also adjusts the level of colors saturation. Check screenshots in this thread.
