I'd rather not fight Razum-Dar, the best Khajiit of all. Besides, Razum-Dar does have a silver tongue. I'm sure he could be very persuasive in talking his way out of a fight.

You're not.

I never truly understood the love for Raz. Khajiit are my favourite race and all my characters are Khajiit. Whenever I walk into a new town, I always make sure to talk with any Khajiit that might reside there, and if it's a town like Rawl'Kha, I also make sure to talk with others to see if they say anything about the Khajiit that live there. Still, Razum-Dar has never interested me any more than other Khajiit in the game.

Do whisper him to attempt to talk his way out with several enraged Nords at local Windhelm Tavern. Not even the most eloquent and intellectually gifted minds could do it. Cats are overrated. Redguards are the most talented warriors within Tamriel.

2nd Tier would be a close up between an Orc or a Nord. I'll very give the slight advantage to Orc.

The only scenario I imagine something like this happening would be with the Vestige and Raz drunkenly one-upping each other to the point where they make a bait on which one would win in a 1-1 fight, and before they are about to go and brawl in the tavern's entrance, Queen Ayrenn breaks it up, while both feel relieved they didn't have to embarass the other one, (because they both fancy themselves the victor), and making stupid 'this one would need to drink double the amount of mead to even the odds' jokes, and with Ayrenn rolling her eyes, but secretly wishing she didn't have to uphold an air of put-togetherness all the time, so that she could brawl around the dirt herself as well
