Attributes after Respec

Hello!

I'm noticing something that doesn't seem proper on my main char

I have a level 50 Wood Elf that I've just recently chose to respec. I honestly don't remember what the health was before the respec, but I'm fairly sure it wouldn't have been this low.
I'm sitting at 13,682k health with him after respec! There are currently 19 attribute points into his health
Meanwhile, I've got my level 11 Khajiit over here with a measly 2 attribute points into his health sitting at 16,407k health. This literally makes absolutely no sense to me, could someone please explain why these stats differ from each other so greatly even though I've got 'supposedly' more health pumped into my Elf.
Do Wood Elves start with a much lower health gauge than Khajiit?

I'm just assuming this is a glitch from the respec, but if someone can come in here and throw some knowledge down on how it's absolutely not, I'm listening. If it's a glitch I'll be sending in a ticket.

Did you relocate your champion points? Those boost your resources as well.

Also, you cannot compare with a sub cp160 character as your stats are boosted to CP 160 until you hit that level. A level 1 character will often have more health than a CP 160 since the boost is across all three stats while users tend to focus on only one attribute.

My sorc at CP 370 has very low health until I eat a health and Magicka food.

Your 11 khajiit character will get something like battle level, sort of a bonus to make things easier at lower level. As you level and your gear lacks behind this bonus will decrease. A new character at level 1 will have a lot of bonus. A level 50 will have less or almost no bonus so it's important to check that your gear is not low level.

If your gear is same level as your character your stats will be appropriate for your level. Maybe last time you checked your stats you were a few levels lower so you had more bonus.

Check your gear. I think that's the problem, if you have any low level gear.

All CP were left as they were pre-respec.
And for gear...I've got level 50 CP160 Song Dancer set going...not on my char at the moment so I can't list gear details specifically.

Guess I'll need to respec attribute points again, pay closer attention and put more than 19 points into health.
