Does "Diagram: Velothi Brazier, Temple" Exist?

So i have been looking for weeks trying to find this diagram.
The code is in the game, but I'm not sure if it actually has a source that it drops from.
eso.mmo-fashion says that the item can be obtained from ledgerdemain drops.
However, I havent seen the diagram or even the item in a guild trader or on TTC.

I know it was offered in the Vivec set. But i figured there would be a way to craft as well.

Have plenty of Velothi shrouds and Crypt Caissons and there's that crown exclusive Velothi book stand and then I think some paintings...I was under impression Velothi don't get blueprints, only finished items, either dropped in game or acquirable exclusively for crowns.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭The recipe did NOT exist until Dragon Bones, same with the Almalexia Tablet, both were exclusives from the Vivec furnishing pack.
AFTER Dragon Bones update, both recipes are now available from the Purple Documents (I got both from there), and presumably also available from the Vvardenfell zone loottable (good luck farming those lol).
So yes, now both recipes exist from the purple documents.2
