Usually it's suggested to be cp160 and 15k dps for nTrials and cp300 25kdps for vTrials. Can be a lot lower or a lot higher, depending on a group. These values guarantee smooth experience (as long as players follow mechanics). Normal trials can be easily completed even with as low group dps as 80k (10k per DD in typical group) - as long as players know mechanics and don't die too much.

Can you please explain the dps amounts? what does 15k damage per second mean?

And which champion point constellations should I focus on as a stam Dk DPS?

DPS is a measure of your average damage per second and is more accurately measured over longer fights. So if you're doing 1,500,000 damage over 100 seconds that is 15k (15,000) DPS.

Normal trials can be done at any level. CP isn't required. Heck, a player can be below level 50.

For vet trials it will depend on the group and their goals but a half decent skilled group pulling an average of 20k dps can clear all the craglorn trials sans HM. Higher dps obviously helps make the run smoother.

Dps is the measurement of damage a player does per second over the coarse of a fight. It's not per skill but overall. Test dummies are the easiest way to get an idea of how you do.

And again, normal trials are not a big deal. Very easy except maybe nHoF. Have cleared normal trials without issue with players lower than lvl 50 including the tank.

Here is a good gauge if your ready for Trials. If you can contribute to a group in a Vet Dungeon as a DD, then you could be ready for Normal Trials. By contribute, you kill the bosses before their mechanics kill you and you can take down the trash mobs when needed and have the resources to go back after the boss. If you can do these things, then your ready to start Trials.

However, mechanics are huge in trials, so the more important thing is to be able to listen to the Trial Leader and do what they say. Also, being able to work in a group and stick to your group not just your role. Trials do not reward running ahead.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

My DPS as a CP 162 is hideous, only 2016 weapon dmg, because my gear is under leveled, not enough set bonuses (only 200 and something wpn dmg, 300 if including the Warrior stone) can anyone tell me about a way to get more damage, and which constellations I should distribute my CPs at?

I know this is not the forum for it but I'm an absolute embarrassment for all CPs, I didn't research traits when I could in my idiocy, but I should have 6 traits on a few items soon.

A great beginner set up would be 5 Hunding's Rage Or 5 Night Mother's Gaze. If you don't have any monster sets you can just run the rest of your armor and weapons as a 3/4 piece of which ever you didn't choose of Hunding's and NMG. 3 piece Agility jewelry, you may want to get one healthy, two robust to get your health up since you're low CP and probably only enchant 2 with weapon damage so you can have a little more regen, again because of low CP. As you get more CPs you'll get more health and better sustain at which point you can go with 3 robust all weapon damage glyphs. Sharpened weapons (daggers ideally, with bow on back bar) and Divines armor. Thief mundus stone.

Personally I wouldn't recommend golding out your armor and with the next update that's only a few weeks away that will change weapon traits you might not even want to gold out your weapons. There is quite a difference between purple and gold weapons in terms of damage though, so it's up to you.

I can get monster set, This may sound stupid, but I really don't like how they look so I'm looking for alternatives.

I have one shoulder piece, but it's so ugly, I'm keeping it with me though, whenever I'll use it, and how to get 3 agility set jewlery pieces? If i'm not mistaken, It's random

Agility can be bought from guild traders for pretty cheap. I don't like the looks of many of the monster sets too, costumes are great for this. The one for completing the DB quest line is my favorite.

Things are bad to the point where a level 25 wearing heavy armor with a 2 handed weapon and a skill i don't recognize can wreck me pretty badly, HOly crap I need to practice PvP and to get better at things

You can hide the helmet, option is in gameplay settings. Also, shoulders can be sort of hidden too.. if you were a costume it will cover all that ugly armor up.

I wouldn't get hung up on that too much. That level 25 player could be CP capped, on their 14th character and have loads of experience in PvP.

My character's face isn't too pretty either lol (there's a reason as to why he wears a full helmet)

I may keep monster sets in my inventory to whenever I need them but when doing solo PvE or Normal dungeon I'll just use my normal gear, is that good?
