To be a vampire , you need to do the related quest after being bitten. Having the disease is not enough just FYI
Have a few characters that are vampires and some that are werewolves. My WW's level fine, but my Vamp's are not leveling at all. What do I need to do?
I only got the drain essence ability and use it all the time.
Some of my characters have leveled up 30 lvls since getting it, and still their vamp skill is still lvl 1.
I have tried using just the drain essence, I have tried just feeding and I have tried doing both equally. All with the same result, all still lvl 1.
My WW's level fine..
Let me clarify;.....#5 All of my vamp's have been vamp's between lvl 1 & 10, all are between the lvl's of 11 & 36, all are still lvl 1 vamp's.
I leveled Werewolf to rank 10 in an hour, probably less than that. Are you waiting for the feeding animation to play out? If you cancel the animation, it won't work.GreenhaloX wrote: »My WW's level fine..
Sheesh.. no way, man. Worst leveling in the game, by far, is the werewolf. While leveling, your transformation as a ww is so short, even if you devour. Then, you have to wait until your ult number gets back up to 400, until you can transform again and repeat. Sure, you can slot your ww skill into a bar (once unlocked) and will level up when you're a normal toon, but to unlock the skill itself, you have to do it while as a ww when your transformation is so damn short. It's barely enough time to rack up xp until you transform back a short time later. It's crazy..
Yeah, I heard you can stay in the portal at the beginning and will stay a ww and keep getting xp and level up that way, but I need a break and haven't return to try it this way yet. Ww leveling.. freaking crazy, man..
The more abilities of a given skill line you have slotted on your bar when you gain experience, the faster that skill line levels. Want to level Dual Wield quickly? Slot 5 dual wield abilites...works the same for vamp...

Though to your point, perhaps the purchased version is glitched. I can easily see how such a thing would go unnoticed, since nobody with sense would actually pay for that.
