Group health bars disappear

As a healer this is a serious issue. Frequently while running a dungeon, after loading through a door to the next area, the floating health bars and icons above
group members will disappear completely, making healing extremely difficult.

The only way to get them back is to enter another door and load the next area and get lucky, or relog.
Sometimes its one members bar gone, or multiple ones.

The bug occurred before I used any addons, and after. Only using Skyshards and Destinations.
Anyone else experience this?

    i find this to be an issue to. its hard to pick out the allies from the adds alot of the time. u can see someones health drop but no idea who around you took the damage. the health bars seriously need to stay above our group members heads.
