[BUG] Continuous Attack Passives is active in Battlegrounds

Like the title says, if you take a keep or a resource in Cyrodiil and then you queue for a battleground the buff is still active. I'm sure this isn't intended and needs a fix.

✭✭✭✭✭There´s also a "reversed-bug" where if you are in battlegrounds and get queued for Cyrodil you won´t gain any AP since the game adds the "deserter debuff" on you, which makes it impossible to gain AP as well. Hope this also gets fixed.1
