Wrong stats after paying for a race change

I bought a race change for my cp160 redguard to switch to a woodelf , I'm not getting the 21% stam regen or bouns damage from stealth , I'll take a food that increase stam Regen buy 457 but it only goes up by 200, please help me , I've spent sooooo much money on this game to just get screwed over like this, please fix or issue my 3000 crowns so i can get another token

Did you put the skill points back into the racial passives?

Yes , even done a hard reset and cleared my save data , still no fix

I've also reset my skill points twice

@ZOS_GinaBruno or or someone with zos look into this , I feel like I just threw money away here

Why did support send me to post on here when you get no help at all, no problem taking my money but when it comes to assistance you're just screwed
