Hello all weekend I've been trying to get some sense out of Support.
My issue us that the game logs in sometimes after about 10 attempts I get to play for less than a minute then I'm logged out sometimes no error sometimes 301.
Ive been through everything support suggested and I asked if the had noticed anything in my report text I had attached , well I actually asked Friday but had to re-ask.

I have gone over the report that you sent us there are a few issues that I see. One is the Netstst results. If you look at the report you will see under the Active Connections a ton of "TIME_WAIT". It will look like this.

The next issue is in the Pathping results you can see that there is a pct loss that occur:

This is showing us that this is a issue with the Connection between your PC and our server. This dose not mean that you have bad Internet, but it dose show us that there is a issue that is occurring. The first thing need you to do is remove all add-on's that you are using with the game at this time. The next time please make sure that your windows and Video card drivers are up to date.

The next step is to get with your ISP to see if they have any troubleshooting or help with this issue. since it is there serves they can see issue that you and us can not see and they may be a able to reroute through ab better path.

Can anyone make head or tail of this ?
All my other games/apps run fine.
I dont know why they said make sure windows and video drivers are up to date which they are) after saying its a connection problem.
I've only just bought morrowind and eso plus for pc after switching from xbox and feel like ive totaly wasted money.
