Normal Random Dungeon Queue Lag

Hello,

I play on PS4 NA and have recently been levelling up some alt characters. I don't know if I am the only one, however when I queue in for a normal random dungeon I am hit with extreme lag spikes. At first I thought it was a connection issue, however aside from Vivec, this is the only time I lag. I have tested this on multiple characters (I have 10) in combat, out of combat, in populated and non populated zones. While I am in queue I am subject to these severe lag spikes however once I leave I feel no lag. The same does not occur when I attempt to queue into pvp or battlegrounds.

Has anyone else experienced this?
