eso.exe shut down hanging bug

Ever since Morrowind released, been experiencing an issue (win 7) where the game won't cleanly shut down. If for any reason I get kicked to the Morrowind screen (one with Play, Quit, etc.) "play and quit" are unresponsive. Quitting from in-game often leaves a hang as well, that can only be fixed by task manage -> eso.exe > end process.

Insomnia rex✭✭✭In win 8.1 i can't even get to the task manager if i play eso fullscreen (after the quit hang), even if set it to be on top.
