Back Bar Poison & Wall of Elements?

Simple question: If I have a poison on my back bar staff and I cast wall of elements, then switch back to my front bar staff (without a poison), will the WoE still proc the poison that is on my back bar?

✭✭You mean can it proc from the DoT after you switch to different bar? yes I believe I've seen this happen, although there was something in recent patch notes about AOE weapon abilities and poisons0 -

✭✭Just tested it, it does not. From what I've heard, ground DoTs always scale off whatever bar you're on, rather than the bar they're cast from (while direct DoTs scale from the casting bar). Apparently this applies to poisons and enchantments as well.
