Access Code never coming in the email

Hello!
I can't receive an access code that was sent me after unsuccessful login due to OS reinstallation.
I've tried three times following steps:
- Entered user id, password and got access code notification.
- Checked my email (spam too) multiple times during 10+ minutes. I had to reinstall windows and reinstall all my stuff. Reinstalled everything.

Reinstalling your PC's operating system shouldn't affect your ability to receive the one time access code for logging in. If you've still not received the access code yet, please make sure you've gone through the troubleshooting in the help article linked below.

What do I do if I am not receiving the access code e-mail or am having issues with the code itself?

Well i finally got a ticket response i still don't know why it wasn't working but i had to go through 3 different emails till it finally worked. Gmail. Yahoo and outlook did not work. But it did with gmail for whatever reason.
