Multiple chat windows?

Does anyone know if there's an up-to-date add on that adds the ability to have multiple separate chat windows?

I've dug around on ESO UI, but the only ones I can find haven't been updated since 2014-2015.

I'm hoping there's something out there that I'm just not finding myself. Perhaps it doesn't have "chat" in the name so I'm missing it, etc.
