Can´t bite players (Vampire)

So, it´s been at least two weeks since it appeared, but, as the title states, I cannot bite players anymore
On my Magicka Nightblade, Vampirism Stage 4, no cooldown and the biting passive is unlocked.
The X-Synergy doesn´t show up at all.
And yes, I am at the shrine, the other player is neither Wolf nor Vamp.
I already reset my skillpoints, and it didn´t work.
This also only happens on this particuar characters, my others can still bite
