Oblivion glyph 1900

Quick question, my oblivion glyph is hitting at 1900 damage but when I look at my weapon it says "deals 2375 oblivion damage"
What's up with this?

some kind of CP dmg reduction i think.....

or some passives that give 8%+ dmg reduction againts everything...

or both....

Oblivion enchant is not increased by anything but stuff that directly buffs enchantments (like infused trait or torug)

Master at arms (CP star) incorrectly increases the tooltip, but not the actual damage.

Mine caps at 2.1k with gold Infused/Torugs running. As was mentioned above MAA makes the tooltip display higher but it doesn't actually do the damage (thx ZOS for making me waste thousands of gold to figure that out myself through testing).

Also noticed that CombatMetrics will still register it as critting, but obviously it doesn't actually crit. ZOS must have just flat capped it or something in the code since tooltips still incorrectly display and crits register in CombatMetrics but don't actually do additional damage.

That's cheeks, is it limited to 1900 regardless of infused too?

Torug's and Infused are the only way to actually increase the damage from Oblivion enchants AFAIK. Even without Infused/Torug's, MAA/Berserk/etc won't buff it's damage I don't think.
