Exactly what does this entail, and why can't you learn from the other 579 other server connection issues from the past to speed up a resolution? Unplug the server, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in. How hard can that be? If that doesn't work, surely notes from the last 579 times this has happened could reveal a clue as to why this junk keeps breaking. You guys have cleared hundreds of millions since launch (upfront costs + subs+ crown crate reskin garbage), so what's the deal already? Why are you not running totfl gear yet?

I don't think you understand how servers work.
