How do I submit a problem to get Customer Support to help me?

I am logging in (sometimes getting kicked back), and then after selecting my character, during the loading screen (or rarely, after entering the game) I get kicked back to the login screen. It tells me that I need to try to log in in a few minutes. I don't know how to contact customer support in a way that I can get answers. Please help!!!

    I was just having this issue and a regular PC reboot fixed it. Give that a shot.

    Otherwise, sign into the support site and follow the web assistant to get a ticket started. https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/
