I would tell you to look in-game but I am afraid to do that. You'll probably say "I can't play right now" . So you can wait and look at it yourself or wait for a nice person. I am not one

OK. I just got it. Can I apply hair styles bought in shop to my character or just to my NEW created character pls;

As far as I know, hair styles bought from the Crown Store are in the collectables tab just like costumes, you can use them on any character.

Only Khajiit. If you look at Covenant War-Locks, you'll see there is a human and a Khajiit in the picture. This lets you know that the hairstyle works for both humanoids (humans and elves) and Khajiit. Same with Dominion War-Locks and Horned Brow Plate.

Once you own a hairstyle it works like a costume, and can be applied to any character (of the right gender and race) from the Collectables tab. You can swap hairstyles at any time in this way.
