Computer Specs for Flawless Ultra Settings

I have a MacBook Pro, and though this computer is truly superior for day to day tasks, it just doesn't have what it takes to run even high perfectly (even when running on Windows Bootcamp). I have about a $2500 budget, and if I can spend less for the same results, I would rather go that route of course. I am simply wondering what it would take to run at 60 FPS in a 200 player Cyrodil battle, with all the graphics maxed out at about a 2800x1800 res.

i have a gtx 1080 OC with i5 6600k skylake build and at times i struggle to hit 30fps on 2k G-sync monitor in cyrodil. i believe it is not your system that causes the lag. big towns and cities lowest i get 42fps and avg around 60-70fps. outside of cities 100fps+

In huge Cyrodiil battles, sometimes framerate will drop, even if you are playing on $10,000 machine. If you will play a lot in PVP, I suggest to get good CPU, as this makes a huge difference in large battles.

You can build very good PC which can handle 2880x1800 ultra settings 60fps no problems (excluding server issues, massive battles) for about half your budget. If you want to spend more, go with 1080 or 1080ti, but not necessary IMO as 1070 is fast enough for this resolution.

I get pretty constant 60 PFS (locked it but can get 100 FPS as well) in open word, dungeons, battlegrounds. In Cyro and trials the FPS occasionally drop a bit. I play on 2k, max settings and with all my ~20 addons active all the time.

My PC did cost a bit under 3000€ but you could go cheaper if you would remove a few things that are just cosmetic and build it your self.

Most of these suggestions are great

However in any game you're going to get optimization issues (ESO has improved since release) which no matter your hardware, it'll be down to the games code and software etc. So do not expect a locked 60 fps 100% of the time in any case. especially the heavily intensive frames
