Taking Empty Keeps In A Rotation Should Be A Exploit!

nikigwil✭✭✭It could simply be a group if pve players trying to earn enough ap to unlock their alliance war skill lines and are very pvp experienced. I say let them take the keeps. More ap for us when we take them back

Something like "When you encounter an empty keep in Cyrodiil, ______________________."
Unless you are implying that different factions are co-ordinating with each other to avoid fights and are actively dissuading others from doing so (like the EU Bleakers fiasco), then there are no rules being broken. People are just playing the map and choosing not to defend.3 -

✭Double ap is all about offense. If keeps defense ticks didn't take a ridiculous amount of time to occur this wouldn't be such an issue. Right now though, i can get 25k ap plus kills taking keeps in the same time as defending 1 for 8k and standing around waiting..1 -

Two solutions to this issue:
1. Defend the keeps.
2. Don't take them back.
If I'm in PvP, particularly if I'm in a small group, I am always going to look for ways to expand my alliance's reach over the map. Having more transit options is always good. If the enemy leaves the keeps empty, that's their problem.

@mmolegends44 and you completely miss the point. It is not about banning people for farming AP, otherwise those groups of 2-5 people who sit at resources farming people who trickle in over and over would all get banned on the daily.
It is about purposely by-passing game intended mechanics in order to get AP without having to do anything (again I bring up the EU Bleakers fiasco during the last double AP event). That's is not what is happening here. People don't have to defend the keep if they don't feel like it, and as long as they are not griefing others for defending then they can choose to fight and not defend if they wish.0 -
