Kicked to Character Select, Character Rolled Back, Lost XP and Loot

Was fighting in the courtyard of Chalman Keep on the Vivec server at approximately 10:45pm EST (NA PC). World froze, and I was booted directly to the character selection menu. Could not log directly back in. Closed the game. Closed the client. Restarted. Logged into my character. Had been kicked from Cyrodiil back to Reaper's March. Entered queue again. No worries. Huge queue but no worries. The event going on and all. Understandable.
Was looking at my skill trees while I waited. Realized that I had lost over 1/4 of a level in my Vampire skill line. No longer had a point in Undeath. Had actually dropped back to level 6 from 7. Thought to check the loot I had just acquired from event crates. Sure enough, a volume of Pelinal's and a few other items were no longer in my inventory. I put up with a bunch of stuff concerning this game. I still really love the game, regardless. But rollbacks? For real? Has anyone else experienced this?

✭✭✭✭✭Rollbacks in Cyrodiil used to be fairly common, but it would happen to everyone in the campaigns, and would even return scrolls and rollback map progress. FakeZavos✭✭✭✭Dont really know about NA but on EU vivec this happends multiple times a day sometimes. So dont worry, you are not the only one experiencing this...

I had leveled it about 15 minutes before I got booted. Lost enough xp from the skill line to de-level it. It was definitely not a pleasant surprise. But no worries. Got it right back. Just surprising that something like that is a thing in a "AAA" game like ESO. Not happy to hear that people suffer from it regularly.0 -

✭✭✭Happened to me as well. Had just pulled a 23K tick from a resource during a farm and lost it a fair bit of additional AP while suddenly kicked.My entire group lost the tick, plus some, and got kicked as well.
Looks like the server barfed and lost a couple minute's worth of data.Agrippa Invisus / Indominus / Inprimis / Inviolatus
