It takes magicka to gain magicka! How does that make sense? Ooooo, so what if it heals a little now?nightblades have so so so many self healing abilities.
Revert Siphoning Attacks to pre Morrowind state, let me sustain again.
Or make it so Dark Deal costs magicka to gain magicka. No? Sounds ridiculous doesn't it. Yeah, that's right.
I'd be happy if they just changed the resource costs so that the magicka regen morph costs stamina and the stamina regen morph costs magicka.

To be fair, part of why I wish this thing was a toggle is simply because the visual is cool. Also not having to micromanage it would be a perk, and having permanent vampiric health return would be a boon for tanks. Should make NB tanks viable again, and would give them a distinct flavor from the other classes' tanks.

Siphoning Attacks is a sustain skill,
. It used to be that you cast the buff and your light attack weaving would give you back stamina and magicka. The key was to keep it up all the time for a constant source of regen. It made me a much more self sufficient tank.
Now it's a skill that returns magic and health over time when you cast it (using magicka) and a dump of magicka at the end if you allow it to run out. It costs magicka to gain magicka. That doesn't make logical sense.
Dark Deal takes away one pool to give to the other -- that makes sense. They need to revert Siphoning Attacks or they need to tell the truth about wanting to nerf sustain skills. If they were being fair about all the sustain skills in all the classes they would have actually changed Dark Deal, but they gave it a .2 second extra cast time. That's a effing joke.

Wasn't the one morpth a toggle? I think it dropped your weapon and spell power by 20% and returned health on light and heavy attacks. I never used it but liked the idea of a toggle
