Is Eclipse being addressed?

Currently on Xbox One, Eclipse is reflecting a bunch of non-projectile skills. Is this a new intended feature of Eclipse, or a bug?

(Sap Essence, Soul Tether, and Concealed Weapon are all guilty of being reflected)
