No need to nerf anything

Im perfectly happy with all the skills, sure some are better then others, but thankfully the game is designed to have a counter for EVERYTHING.

Im a competetive person when it comes to pvp as well, sure i die a lot of times to the same skills/builds , but i dont see any need to cry out nerf this nerf that for every single thing i die to, Instead, i find gear or slot skills that counter it.

Lets face it, the game will Never be balanced, no matter how much zos tries to, not because their lazy but because some ppl never are satisfied with their changes.

I adapt, and i become a better pvper day after day, zos doesnt need to nerf anything for me to become better at all.

Imo nothing is wrong with the pvp system, just some ppl who cant handle a challenge and blame it on the game :)

I agree with this. All I ever see are whiners who don't want to learn to counterplay. They want other builds nerfed becaused they die to some skill or another. Its too much effort to slot some different skills. People take PvP way too seriously instead of just having fun.

Yup, nothing wrong with stacking shields, popping immovable potion and wiping out 30+ players with eye of flame.

Nothing wrong with THAT at ALL.

Nerf sorcs into a wet noodle and make MagDK into godmode. Then we won't need to nerf anything.

The ability to do that exact combination is however.Plus I can think of a few more things to up the damage.

I doubt it's possible to do with train, but I've also stood in an eye of the storm with my stam sorc using vMA axes, crit surge, hurricane, boodthirst and blood craze.

Some people would prefer a "skill based" combat system instead of a build based combat system ...

You know, a system where players can rely on their knowledge and ability to play the game well instead of being forced into a few op builds and counterbuilding.

That being said, i don't think, balance is super bad right now, but there is certainly a lot of room for improvements and those can include nerfs. What i actually dislike the most (aside from numerous bugs and issues caused by lag) are all those rng procs, mostly from sets, but also stuff like implosion and evasion.

Update 15 really will sort out a lot of the balance issues we have. Gilliam has already said that the difference between BiS and worst setup ever is literally 2K DPS. Upto now, that difference has been 6-8K DPS. Until now, there really was a very narrow band of BiS, and that, thank the divines, is going away.

I truly believe that ZOS are attempting to minimise min/maxing and do away with the whole "Best in Slot" concept as such.

What they need to do now is remove visible player levels from the nameplates, guild and group lists.

For once, in update 15, the game becomes a level playing field. BiS will very much depend on your own individual playstyle - there won't be any real "go to" builds in game.

In Update 15, your actual skills and ability to properly rotate will determine your DPS. Gear will have little to do with it.

I was watching his video about the new stamina set-ups earlier. There is now 3 different stones you can use on a stamina build, and it will entirely depend on what gear you use to compliment it. A crafted build can entirely outclass a raid geared build if the player is good enough with his playstyle and rotation.

This is the first time in ESO's history where they have levelled the field so flat, that the very worst players will be easy to see, and for the first time, the best players will be very easy to tell.
