Everything in my bank is gone.....

I don't know what y'all did but EVERYTHING that was in my bank is gone. This is mot cool. I want my stuff back. I've had this game since it came out and now all my crafting stuff and everything else is just gone...hundreds of items just gone...

This is on xbox one btw. All I know is I did the free eso member thing and haven't been on much since and now all of my bank is gone. I want my stuff back. It will take forever to get back much of those things and I shouldn't have to do that. Fix whatever you did and give my stuff back.

Crafting stuff? It's in your crafting bag, unlocked with your ESO+ trial. Check the symbols in your inventory, second should be for the bag.

Ok so I guess I still have the crafting bag currently. Shouldn't this have disappeared after the trial and my items have returned to the bank? Am I still going to be able to use my items and how do I remove them from the bag if I need to? I was totally upset that I seen nothing in my bank. Totally gave me a freak out moment.

No you need to retrieve the items from the crafting bag and they should then go into your bank

If you do not have ESO+ you simply won't be able to put anything into the bag, everything that is in it already will be used automatically at a crafting station - no need to move it to your regular bag.
