Does dueling grant killing blows for the achievement?

    Not entirely sure about duels, but killing blows in Cyrodiil, IC, and BGs all count.

    Wait for event to end than play in peace... Dont know why they promo already laggy pvp without event... Like they fixed pvp lag and they want to get players haha i mean absulute fail by ZOS...
