No npc's there to let me join in two starting cities. I finally found the right city.
Shouldn't I be able to join in any of the cities?

Lirkin✭✭✭✭It really ticks me off I spent a bunch of time at a Dolmen and none of that counts now that I finally found the right place to join the Fighters guild. I start a zero.

Lirkin✭✭✭✭I couldn't find the Fighter guild that would let me join the guild and I did a bunch of dolmens (which give fighter guild xp) so when I found the right fighters guild I start with 0 XP when it should be a couple levels.0
